The 5th grade Zoo Field trip that was scheduled for this coming Monday, September 23rd is postponed due to the weather forecast. Thunderstorms are expected. We will be scheduling a new date.
Mrs. Smith's SOAR class is focusing on simple mechanisms and hands-on learning. They have been discussing simple machines, Rube Goldberg projects, and now Automata machines. The students watch a short video clip of what an Automata machine is to get their creative juices flowing. They then begin to brainstorm and design. I'm excited to see how the project progresses!

Tonight's parent meeting for Eagle Athletics has been moved from the high school gym to the middle school gym. Please enter the building through the east doors closest to the gym.
There has been an update on the best entrance for the Elementary Building for open house tomorrow. Ms. Howerton has asked for visitors to enter through the front entrance nearest the cafeteria.
Also attached are some visual aids to help with the location of the preferred entrances for all three buildings.
